    Description

    The machine plafrom size is 1250*1250 mm. Also that works with a weight measuring system fills net/gross of liquid/semi-liquid product into 1000 lt plastic barrel, 216 lt cylindrical sealed metal drum and IBC or similar packaging on the pallet in groups of 2s or 4s with high precision. Filling head is mounted on the floor beside the platform at the corbelled column in the X and Z axis on the unit integrated floating in the manual.The filling operation is performed without spillage at two speeds with the pneumatic system nozzle. In the machine equipped with a single filling head the product is fed from the storage tank by free flow or by an appropriate pump using pressure. The filling head is centered manually on the packaging by the operator. The filled packaging is taken from the filling platform by a pallet jack which is in size 1140*1140mm or standard CP3 pallet, forklift or displaced automatically to the exit conveyor by a motorized roller conveyor According to the performance characteristics of the product to be filled and the operator varies, but the packaging machine filling capacity of 200 kg drums and transfer of product characteristics of the pump according to the flow rate ± 0.2% accuracy on the palette, 4-barrel for packaging 20-40 pcs/hr ranged from. The parts of the machine in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 SS material. Other parts are epoxy painted on St material.
