Description

Flowmetric filling system Machine’s, fills the milk and similar liquid products coming from the filling line with free flow in precisely high performance without dropping in amounts set between 100 ml – 3000 ml.

The machine with Multiline Filling system is equipped with six German made filling heads with DN 25 flowmeters which measure volumetric flow. The product feeds to the filling heads in the machine with free flow. In the machine with fixed hangers, standard Ø27 * 18/80 IU, DIN 11851 gland connection nozzles, the packages are transported in multiple, carrier plates which can be changed according to the package. The machine with T = 203.2 mm stepping 1, 2 transmission chain conveyor can work in packages with diameters between 60 mm and 140 mm.In the machine, empty package feeding and lid feeding on full bucket is done automatically. After the cover feeding station, there is a cover control unit and a multi-row pneumatic cover fastening unit. In the last section, there is a bowl / bucket discharge elevator which transfers the filled bowl / bucket packages to the outside of the filling machine and a Cartesian system transfer unit with Pick & Place system and gripper & conveyor. Bucket / bowl filling plates are used to work with buckets of different diameters in the bucket / bowl filling & capping machine with electropneumatic system, PLC control, made of AISI 304 SS material, and the chassis and the places in contact with the product are used.

The capacity of the machine whose packaging size is 2000 * 7000 * 2200 mm (E * B * Y) varies between 4800-5200 pieces / hour for 1 kg depending on the characteristics of the product to be filled and the packaging form.
