The ML 652 is a machine with versatile modular construction for liquid filling. The unit is suitable for the treatment of various kinds of products and is designed to handle a wide range of containers and closures.

MAIN FEATURES:
Constructive modularity, easy size change-over and compact overall design. The technological solutions, the quality of materials and ease of use are the elements that ensure the operational reliability. The monoblock ML 652 is an automatic machine capable of performing three operations simultaneously: a volumetric filling with syringes and two capping stations. The second capping station applies the dosing cap or aluminum cap depending on the setup.

The unit is equipped with 3 vibrating feeders for the screw caps, dosing caps and aluminum caps.
Two series of syringes are supplied with the machine: one already installed with product dosage from 100 ml to 200 ml, the second one from 0-100 ml. The maximum dosage is 300 ml.

Furthermore, 3 formats are available with the machine for handling the bottles: diam. bottle 34mm, 46mm, 66mm.

Currently installed format:
dosage 160 ml, bottle height 129 mm, speed 90 pieces/min.
dosage 200 ml, bottle height 148 mm, speed 50 pieces/min.
