Description

Pharmtec (Ace Solutions) RVE Filling Line for Reagents, designed for up to 1,000 bottles/hr.

Compact system with unscrambling table, filler, capper, accumulation table and stainless steel product storage tank.

Product is fed from stainless steel tank by dual-hose pump to tri-clamp connection on fill nozzle.

Set up to run 60ml, 205 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml bottles.

Rated for 15 CPM for 60 ml, 10 - 12 CPM for 200 ml, 8 - 10 CPM for 500 ml and 3 to 4 CPM for 1-liter.

Also includes 5 HP air compressor with air dryer to pneumatically operate the filling, capping & pumping of the system.

Manufactured in France. Semi-automatic filling machine, designed to eliminate all product retention. Installed in 2021 but never used.
