DESCRIPTION:
Automatic filling line. The line consists of a filling machine and a capping machine. The high production filling machine is particularly designed for fully automated packaging lines. Fast processes, secure interfaces, guaranteed system efficiency, high quality and weight accuracy.

MAIN FEATURES:
The DAM-3-L volumetric filler is an automatic machine able to measure chemical or alimentary liquid or half-solid products. It is planned and built to answer specific demands of a sector of the market, where the same kind of product is manufactured in various formats with different sizes. In the volumetric filler mass flow meters are installed to determine the right product metering in the required quantity.
The Capper TA2 was working with the DAM-3L Volumetric filler but can be considered as an independent unit and inserted in line with different kinds of fillers also by simply connecting in the right way the containers output conveyor. The double head capper is composed of a steel frame, two motherboards and 4 height adjustable feet. Quick container and cap size change. High compatibility related to a very big number of different shape containers. Low maintenance needs.
The line is able to fill metal or plastic containers with rectangular or round base, of sizes 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 2000 ml, 5000 ml complete with metal or plastic caps.
The line is equipped with two SARG vibrating orientators – VR2/900 and VR2/1050 as well as an ALTECH labeling machine model ALSTEP M DX version.
