    Description

    Liquid Packaging Solutions Automatic Inline Filling, Capping and Labeling System

    - 12-Head Filler, Inline spindle capper and Wrap-around labeler
    - All stainless steel construction, has only been test run with water.

    Offered with (2) Liquid Packaging Solutions Model FILLER 6-head inline overflow fillers with 36in long nozzle bars and 3/4in diameter air actuated fill heads, serial numbers 150783 & 150785, and sanitary quick clamp connections.

    Product is fed by ARO supply pump to manifold system that feeds to fill nozzles including supply port and return port.

    Controlled by Allen Bradley Micrologix controller and Maple 5070 NL operator interface and includes sensor-eye vision system.

    After filling, bottles are capped through LPS 6-spindle inline capper, Model CAPPER, serial number 150786, with front facing adjustment knobs for spacing, including automatic cap feeder with stainless steel hopper and inclined cap elevator.

    Also includes Pack Leader Model PL-501 wrap-around pressure sensitive labeler
