Monoblock style indexing machine to automatically fill and tighten customer's supplied bottles & caps at speeds of approximately 25-30ppm.

Optional additional filling head could be added to reach desired speeds.

Machine is equipped with approx. 6-8' Long Conveyor Belt to transfer empty bottles into the starwheel where the filling and capping process takes place.

Machine utilizes a "Filamatic National Instrument Co." Stainless Steel Filling Piston to dispense a pre-set volume of product into the bottle. Fill range is adjustable to allow for precisely desired fill level to be dispensed.

Equipped with "No-Bottle, No-Fill" Feature so that product will only be dispensed while an empty bottle is present at the filling station.

With ample space between the filling and capping station, caps are manually placed onto the bottle. Then machine automatically tightens caps to proper torque requirements. Capping head is adjustable in height to allow for taller or shorter bottles to be run on the machine.

Finished product exits the starwheel and continues back onto the conveyor belt to be packaged, or allow for any other downstream operations.

Controlled with PLC and equipped with operator friendly Color Touch-Screen (HMI).
