Description

The production line consists of approximately 120 feet of stainless-steel wash down, variable speed conveyor, Utilizing a custom pressure/gravity assist Kaps-All 12 head, In-line filler capable of consistently reliable high speed and accurate filling. Containers are then capped by a high speed Kaps-All model E capper. All containers are coded by Anser U2 code dater and can be sealed with a waterless Auto-Mate (Kaps-All) bottle induction sealer. Containers are then labeled, utilizing a high speed Tronics S3S Series 3 Premier labeler. All containers are then hand inspected and packed into a Combi auto case former/packing station and 3-M case sealer and finally palletized and wrapped for shipment.
