Key Features and Operation Sequence:
The RTS4 features a 4-station working carousel with the following sequence:

Filling:
Four plunging filling nozzles dispense liquid into containers. The machine requires a positive displacement pump to supply the product. Filling volume is regulated through time-controlled electropneumatic valves, providing accurate dosing even for viscous products.

Cap Screwing:
A screw capping head applies consistent torque to close containers securely, accommodating a range of cap styles.

Cap Pushing:
A pneumatic cap pusher ensures caps are properly seated prior to final tightening, improving reliability and presentation.

Container Ejection (Pick and Place):
Finished containers are ejected via a pick-and-place system. An optional output conveyor or accumulator can be integrated for automatic transfer to downstream packaging or collection.

Manual Feeding:
An operator manually loads containers onto the infeed pucks of the machine’s conveyor system. The guided pucks ensure stable transport of each container through all stations.
