Description

The two machines will consist of approx. 12 indexing stations, each with multiple functions in order to insert mixing ball, fill, plug, cap, and label 15mL bottles at speeds of approx. 30ppm.

36" Diameter bottle unscrambling table will feed empty bottles onto an approx.
12' long x 3.25" wide stainless steel, variable speed conveyor belt.
Conveyor belt will transport bottles into, and out of, the Monoblock Ball Dropper, Filler, Plugger, Capper.

The Monoblock machine will automatically insert 8mm ceramic mixing ball into each bottle, automatically fill to desired fill level, automatically orientate plugs, automatically orientate caps. Then automatically apply plug and apply cap to each bottle. Towards the final stations, the machine will tighten the cap to industry specs.
Equipped with all necessary sensors at the ball inserting station, filling station, plugging station, cap application station, etc. in order to ensure there is a bottle present.

Filled/plugged/capped bottles will exit the machine and continue down the outfeed portion of the conveyor belt, where a wrap around labeler will automatically apply your labels onto your bottles.
Finally, finished product will be transferred onto a 36"-42" Diameter collecting table for any additional packaging.
