Description

This is a new Liquid Filler/Capping machine for up to 60 ml (2 oz) bottles. It is equipped with Pneumatic driven Ceramic Pistons and Filling Valves. Fill volumes are set by manual adjustment. It has a HMI for Operator control and Parameter timing set up. The machine is equipped with bottle controls for conveyor infeed and back up, and it is equipped for automatic bottle reject for missing cap. Cap torque can be adjusted in the Parameter settings. Tooling is interchangeable for different size bottles and caps. The machine uses a vibratory bowl for cap feeding and orientation to the capping station. Typical running speed is 40-50 bpm.
