DESCRIPTION:
Automatic line for filling and capping bottles. The complete Ronchi line allows to manage different formats on customer request from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 1000 ml. It is essentially composed of 2 machines and 2 production processes: unscrambler/orientator, and filling with capping.

MAIN FEATURES:
The line is composed of 2 main machines: the Rototech 180/8 (unscrambler/orientator) and the Exacta Rm (filling/capping). The bottles are fed in bulk into the hopper by means of the elevator; from here they are pushed towards the selectors. Inside the hopper, special mechanical devices ensure that the bottles are properly housed inside the selectors that support them up to the point of fall where they are placed on the exit star. The orienting unit performs the function of uniformly orienting the bottles according to the user's wishes. The containers arriving from the unscrambler are spaced and introduced into the orientor by means of the entry star which positions them consecutively under the gripping heads of the orienting carousel. The correctly oriented bottles are returned to the exit star to be sent for filling. The containers arriving on the conveyor belt are spaced and introduced into the monoblock by means of an auger, from which they pass to the entry star which positions them on the lifting plates. During rotation the plates rise and lower cyclically, allowing the centering and introduction of the dispensing nozzle into the bottle. Once the filling operation is complete, the bottle is transferred to the filler and capper by means of the central star. The loading star ensures that the caps are perfectly positioned under the capping heads, from where they are picked up and applied to the bottle of the heads themselves. Once the capping phase is complete, the bottle is extracted from the monoblock and repositioned on the conveyor belt of the same exit.
