FEATURES:
The filling machine is equipped with two dosing syringes complete with suction/feed valves. It has 2 filling nozzles on a height-adjustable support. The dosage adjustment is made in terms of volumes on a millimetric scale using a micrometric screw on each syringe, with a capacity from 20 to 500 cc. The unit also includes a 1.5-meter conveyor belt with reinforced resin slats, presence reading photoelectric cells, a protective cabin with transparent polycarbonate walls, and an electrical control panel with a touchscreen display for electronic programming and storage of the ascent/descent times of the nozzle group and the opening/closing times of the gates. A replacement format is available upon request.
