Fully Automatic In-line Time vs. Pressure style liquid filler.

Expandable from 2 to 12 heads with options to fill from 25cc to 5000cc of free-flowing low viscosity (utilizing gravity vs. pressure) or thicker high viscosity liquids without particulates at a speed of up to 8,000 fills per hour with superior accuracy (utilizing an optional pressured tank).

•Sensors for container gating, prime and back with No-Bottle-No-Fill PLC logic.
• All contact parts are stainless steel with seals, O-rings and hoses rated for the food, beverage and dairy industry
• Allen Bradley controller and touch screen for filler machine functions.
• Front panel mounted operator control interface.
• Front panel Start and Emergency Stop for easy access.
• Rodless air cylinder with magnetic sensors for smooth nozzle adjustments.
• Nozzle spacing fully adjustable.
• Fully adjustable container height adjustment.
• Fully adjustable nozzle stroke adjustments.
• Will work with opaque plastic or translucent glass containers.
• No change of parts needed for various types of containers.
