    Description

    New 12 head Fully Automatic Explosion Proof In-line Time vs. Pressure style liquid filler - 24 Feet x 4.5" new conveyor - 48" new Unscrambling table - 48" new Accumulation table and Line Automation Integration.  

    5cc to 5000cc of free-flowing low viscosity (utilizing time vs. pressure) or thicker high viscosity liquids without particulates (utilizing an optional pressured tank).

    Uses intrinsically safe Namur sensors in the class 1/Div 1 area, and place the controls in the class 1/ Div 2 zone with a purge and pressurization system to reduce cabinet to a non-hazardous zone for the rest of the components.

    • Expandable from 2 to 12 heads to increase speed.
    • 8-10 cycles per minute (product, container and volume dependent).
    • Easy fast “no tool” product change over.
    • Automatic bottle indexing system that is easily adjustable.
    • Three filling option on control panel (up, bottom up and down).
    • Extruded aluminum frame or optional stainless steel.
    • Font panel recipe management for up to 50 recipes for quick change over.
    • Sensors for container gating, prime and back with No-Bottle-No-Fill logic.
    • All contact parts are stainless steel, with seals, O-rings and hoses rated for the food, beverage and dairy industry.
    • Allen Bradley controller and touch screen for filler machine functions.
    • Front panel mounted operator control interface.
    • Front panel Start and Emergency Stop for easy access.
    • Rodless air cylinder with magnetic sensors for smooth nozzle adjustments.
    • Nozzle spacing fully adjustable.
    • Fully adjustable container height adjustment.
    • Fully adjustable nozzle stroke adjustments.
    • Will work with opaque plastic or translucent glass containers.
    • No change of parts needed for various types of containers.
    • Air filter-regulator and safety lockout valve included.
    • Production unit control on HMI with reset CIP (clean in place) for quick product change over.
