    EPAK 12 Head Automatic Pressure/Gravity Filler, Serial No. 0902-4062-216-019, Drawing # 4021-067G, D.O.M. 9-26-02, 304 S./S. Filler Frame, 316 S.S. ¾” pneumatic actuated valves, 304 S.S. product reservoir, Two ¾” S.S. product supply control valves with level sensing float system and safety back-up, motor starter to activate supply pump, Automatic drip tray protects bottles from potential drips, Automatic difficult bottles grabbers for proper bottle alignment, User friendly (recently updated) DCS filler control system with automatic utilities, Automatic bottle indexing uses DCS gating system to automatically bring bottles into machine for filling, No bottle no fill counter system under fill head.

    Original Updated Manual with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings. Currently setup with Diving Heads for bottom up fill (function may be shut off), Heads can be are individually adjusted. Filler can be run manually or automatically, New hoses. Was previously running an organic edible oil in a one (1) liter square bottle. Filler is in a Kosher supervised plant.

    (Currently set up with 4 ½” Flat top “U” shape conveyor that is 54 ft. in total length, and is available as a separate purchase $7,500.00)
