All stainless steel time pressure heated filler with cabinet style base and post mounted pressurized product tank with bottom filling filling nozzle, filler uses time controlled valve to meter fill volume for repeatable cycles from foot pedal, tank jacket reservoir at base of cabinet has immersed electric bayonet heater and piped to onboard pressure tank jacket entering at bottom and returning from top jacket outlet recirculating jacket fluid from onboard pump to jacket tank for continuous heating loop, pressure tank has independent air regulator for controlled pressure, independent air system controls fill valve metering, touch-sensitive controls and jacket temperature controls, filling uses standard air operated 316 SS 1/2" ball valve with 1/8 x 3" long filling nozzle with 7" clearance to cabinet, product pressure tank is 8" diameter x 12" straight side x 4" deep cone to fill valve, gasketed hinged dome with four screw-down closures, OAD 22" wide x 26" deep x 63" high, jacket temperature, heater and pump controls, mounted on casters. Manufacture unknown, operates on 120 volt/1 phase. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
