    SPV-125 SEMI-AUTOMATIC THICK LIQUID PISTON FILLER WITH HOPPER
    - Recommended fill volume 50ml - 125ml (4oz product cylinder)
    - Total fill range 15ml - 125ml
    - Hopper size 9.2 gallon

    The SPV SERIES PISTON FILLER is easy-to-operate and ideally suited for a production environment handling a wide range of viscous products. This volumetric piston filler draws liquid products such as creams, gels and food products from the cone-shaped, stainless steel hopper. This model can also be used as a metering pump to dispense a controlled volume. Disassembly and cleaning is simple and usually accomplished in a matter of minutes. This system is very accurate and repeatable. An operator pours product into the hopper (or drops a line of flexible tubing into a drum or tank using the optional Direct Draw Kit), adjusts the fill volume to the desired filling volume using a simple slide switch, and places an empty container under the filling nozzle. Filling is activated by pressing the Foot (or hand) Pedal and the exact quantity is drawn from the drum and dispensed into the container.
