Description

The CMI 16 Head Inline Servo Piston Filler is an automatic bottle filler with a range of 250 – 1000 ml (8 to 33 oz) filling capacity, that needs very little operator oversight. The HMI is programmable for up to 100 product recipes. Filling accuracy is +/- 0.1 ml and each nozzle has individual control. The sanitary product hopper is overhead with level control, and the machine is designed for wash down with a lower collection tray to drain valve. This machine is designed for a wide range of liquids from thinner water based products to thicker shampoo type products. All materials are 304 SS.
