Description

Inline Filling Systems air rinser/filler.

The machine consists of four, ionized air rinse nozzles and four, pressure overflow style filling valves.

The machine would be supplied with a NEW - 10' long by 4 1/2" wide table top conveyor with pneumatic container indexing gates to facilitate the simultaneous rinsing and filling (4 bottles each) per cycle.

The rinser is set up to blow ionized air into the containers as well as vacuum the container through the nozzle.

The filler utilizes a pneumatic, double diaphragm pump to feed product from the supply tank to the filling nozzles. Product overflow is returned to the supply tank.

The four filling nozzles are 5/8" diameter.

Machine operates from right to left.

Power requirement is 120 volt/single phase. Machine requires compressed air.
