We are offering qty 3 Filamatic liquid piston fillers. This listing is for one Filamatic AB Filler with FUS 80 Piston. Taken from active duty in a high-compliance food production facility, this unit has been meticulously maintained, has been fully maintenance, tech’d and is in perfect working order. It was constantly maintained to HACCP standards and has been pampered its entire life. Used for filling medium viscosity liquids, the AB is capable of receiving many different filling cylinders. This machine is an absolute workhorse at up to 80ml per stroke and is ready for duty the moment it arrives at your facility.
This lot includes the AB filler, the FUS 80 Cylinder, two FUS-80 rebuild kits, dispensing needle, hose intake receptor, a FS-1 foot pedal, power cord and several feet of tubing. When purchased new this machine was in excess of $15,000 with the AB itself going for +/- $14k, FUS-80 for +/- $2k, two brand new and unused FUS-80 rebuild kits at $350 each, a FS-1 foot pedal at +/- $600, dispensing needle at +/- $180, and a range of manuals, diagrams and schematic. The dual breaker was fully functional but had broken arms making it difficult to turn on/off, so it was replaced new for this sale at a cost of $250. The unit does not come with the plexiglass splash cover but is otherwise in amazing condition both aesthetically and operationally.
The FILAMATIC® AB Series Benchtop is a semi-automatic medium duty filler, ideal for repetitive dispensing of liquids from water-thin to viscous, molten products, and products with small particulates. The AB Series can accommodate fill volumes ranging from .05 to 260ml with the ability to mix and match pumps and nozzles for optimal versatility and flexibility.
This single nozzle filling machine incorporates a variable speed electrical gear motor drive, which turns the crankshaft that drives a volumetric piston pump known as a “Filling Unit”. The Filling Units are accessories offered to dispense a wide range of liquids and are made from either glass or stainless steel.
This unit weighs a good 30-40 lbs, so we anticipate that freight will be required to most destinations. We are also open to in-person pickup. We will also drive up to 2 hours to meet at a place of mutual selection. For full price sale, will split the prep and shipping with the buyer with us paying for the freight prep into dual reinforced packaging, padding, and strapping on custom mini pallet and the customer arranging and paying for the freight pickup and transit, liftgate required (but could be hand lifted by 2 people).
