Description

E-Pak 8 & 8 head time based filler, pail filler with (2) fill stations currently including (3) fill nozzles at primary fill station and (6) fill nozzles at secondary fill station.

Primary fill station includes stainless steel holding tank measuring 44in x 18in x 18in deep with (6) discharge outlets, (3) Gemini model A42 pneumatic actuators with 1in diameter discharge.

Secondary fill station includes stainless steel holding tank measuring 44in x 18in x 18in deep with (6) discharge outlets and (6) pneumatically operated fill nozzles with 1/2in diameter outlets. Complete with 10in wide x 18ft long stainless steel belt conveyor with (2) pail/bottle stoppers, belt driven by 1/2 HP, 90V motor.

Also includes E-Pack conveyor with start/stop E-stop conveyor for lidding. Lids are manually placed on pails and conveyed on 10in wide x 10ft long stainless steel belt conveyor with 13in x 42in top mounted conveyor to press lids onto pails.

Previously used to fill 1 to 5 gallon pails of liquid fertilizer. New in 2006
