Line consists of OMAS Model 60532001, 8 head primary piston filler, 10 gallon supply tank, (4) head second stage vacuum fill station, bulk pump elevators feed to sorter bowls, dual pump place stations and dual crimp stations (currently set on 15mm). Has dual station button placer with 22 in diameter bowl feeders, worm screw to star wheel container handling. Has race track puck return conveyor system, depuck station, Allen Bradley Panel View Plus 1250 remote touch panel controls, Fill range: 10ml to 1000ml with changeparts. Capable of speeds up to 100 bottles per minute. Has robotic arm placement of bottles from fill line onto Labelaire Model 311415004X3RH bottom labeler with Norwood RS1100 date coder. Has miscellaneous spare parts/changeparts. All stainless steel frame and Lexan barrier guarding. 36 in Diameter Vibratory Bowl Feeder, 12 in Deep, with Air Jets, (2) Plexiglas Hinged Covers, Discharge Chute, Mounted on Height Adjustable S/S Stand with S/S Sound Dampening Enclosure.
