Description
This volumetric automatic piston double nozzle filler has been specially created for the filling of food product, more specifically for pasty or very viscous substances that must be portioned. Built with a stainless steel cylinder and piston, check valves and magnetic switch to adjust the piston fill volume, conveyor speed and piston air pressure.

The filler measures a total of 100 inches in length by 35.5 inches in width by 62.5 inches in height. The conveyor belt has a length of 98 inches and a width of 10 inches. With a hopper capacity of 80L and a filling volume of approximately 350ml. It meets sanitary standards since it is made of stainless steel 304. It can be used to fill small container, various use molds, or simply to portion pasta such as cookies, muffins, rolls, or other pastries of all kinds, this one before going to cooking. Application:

However, this filler can be used in a variety of food, cosmetic, health products, agriculture, animal products, pharmaceutical and chemical fields. Ideal for products with high viscosity (10,000 and + cps). All sanitary connections are of the '' quick connect '' type. All pneumatic connections are also of the '' quick connect / disconnect '' type.
