    Automatic inline expandable piston style filler - Explosion Proof

    Please note: Unit pictured is of our 12 head filler. The unit you receive will be identical, but with 4 heads.

    Works great with liquids like hand sanitizer, pastes, creams, etc.

    Construction Features:
    •Stainless steel welded frame or extruded aluminum frame options.
    •All contact parts are stainless steel, sanitary, Teflon, Viton and hoses per your requirements.
    •Machine mounted on 4 heavy duty casters.
    •All seals to be Viton or comparable and hoses per your requirements.

    Control panel features:
    •Allen Bradley PLC for all bottle filler machine logic functions.
    •Three filling options on control panel (Up, Bottom Up and Down).
    •Front panel mounted operator control interface.
    •Front panel Start and Emergency STOP for easy access.
    •Front panel nozzle code for changing nozzle quantities.
    •Front panel independent, and group fill height adjustment capabilities.
    •Front panel recipe management for up to 16 recipes for quick changeover.
    •Sensors for container gating, prime and back with No-Bottle-No-Fill PLC logic.
    •Expandable from 2 to 12 pistons to increase speed (Depends on piston size).

    Main component features:
    •Piston filling and charging stroke by powerful air cylinder.
    •Main pistons support mounted and guided for smooth, and accurate filling and charging movement.
    •Stainless steel shafts with linear bearings for nozzle rack movement to create a smooth, and accurate fill.
    •12 inch stroke air cylinder with magnetic sensors for nozzle up and down movement.
    •Hand wheel and shaft mounted stoppers for height and stroke adjustment.
    •Hand wheel mounted on pistons for home position with threaded rod.

    Standard features:
    •Nozzle spacing fully adjustable.
    •Container height adjustment from 1 to 24 inches high.
    •Nozzle stroke adjustments from 0 to 12 inches.
    •Entry and exit bottle gating cylinders adjustable, sideways, up and down and in and out.
    •Will work with opaque plastic or translucent glass containers.
    •No change of parts needed for various types of containers.
    •Air filter-regulator included.
    •Spacing and additional bottle control obtained by front panel recipes.
    •Great for use with hand sanitizer 

    Electric and pneumatic requirements:
    •110 Volts, 60Hz, 15 Amps.
    •20 CFM @ 80 p.s.i.
