6 Head Piston Style Filling Line for Sale

6 head automatic inline expandable piston style filler, great for hand sanitizer lines. Line includes piston filler with 6 heads, 18’ long X 4 ½” wide conveyor, 48” accumulating table, and 48” unscrambling table.

Please note: Unit pictured is of our 12 head filler. The unit you receive will be identical, but with 6 heads.

Construction Features:

•12 inch stroke air cylinder with magnetic sensors for nozzle up and down movement.
•Hand wheel and shaft mounted stoppers for height and stroke adjustment.
•Hand wheel mounted on pistons for home position with threaded rod.
