    Description

    This semi-automatic piston filler is brand new. Cylinder and piston are made from components with one-way valve to control the flow of product. Magnetic feed switch control cylinder program can be adjusted to regulate filling volume.

    This is a compact model, easy to operate. The piston filler is all SS 304, in line with the GMP requirements. Filling volume and speed are fully adjustable, allowing for peak accuracy.

    Applications include: Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Agricultural, Animal Care, Pharmaceutical and Chemical. Ideal for low viscosity fluid and liquid filling (0 - 10 000 cps). Model for paste available as well. All fittings are sanitary SS with quick connect features. All pneumatic fittings are quick connect/disconnect as well. Available with tubes for pumping directly from your tank, hopper on top (20, 40 or 60 liters) or with heated double wall hopper for a hot fill. Two modes available: manual with a foot pedal, or automatic.
