Description

Item is a used, Accutek, automatic, volumetric piston filler.

This is a 4 head machine with piston fill capacity of 4 oz. to 32 oz. fills.

It is equipped with 55/8 diameter, extended length nozzles to accommodate bottom-up filling when required. The nozzles are self-purging, but the machine is equipped with an optional pneumatic drip tray.

It has a 10', variable speed conveyor and overhead supply tank.

It is capable of multi-stroke (multiple doses per container) for fills larger than 32 oz.

Equipped with color touchscreen HMI and PLC controls.

The machine utilizes an overhead (gravity) supply tank to feed the piston/cylinders. All S/S contact parts. The machine can be supplied with a S/S, pneumatic, product supply pump at additional cost.

Machine requires compressed air and 120 volt - single phase power.
