    DESCRIPTION:
    The SWIRL 3C is a machine designed and built for the automatic hot filling of bottoms (godets), jars and bottles with heat melted cosmetic products. This unit is ideal for creating spiral, shaded and marbled effects for multi-colored cosmetics.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    Structure in AISI 304L stainless steel, with anodized aluminum workplace. Rotating table with eight stations, with preparation for bottoms, bottles and jars. Preheating for metallic pans. Three melting tanks made in stainless steel AISI 316L, with mirror polishing of the parts in contact with the product. Three dosing heads with recirculation product. PLC touch screen for parameter control. Automatic container unloading system.
