DESCRIPTION:
This is a linear automatic tube filling and fold-closing machine for plastic, metal and laminate tubes. The construction principles, materials used and innovative concepts guarantee maximum productivity, user friendliness and quality, making this machine an ideal solution for the pharmaceutical (even in a sterile environment) and the cosmetic market. The NM 700 should be viewed as a total concept tube filling system. This tube filler is designed and manufactured to produce the highest possible packaging quality standards at maximum operational efficiencies.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, manufacturing, food industries.
MAIN FEATURES:
This machine is easy to use with fast size changeover without tools. Excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. Quick interchangeability of closing groups. Conform to GMP standards. The tube transport chain consists of tube holder links fastened to a stainless steel band. The tubes are placed in the chute and loaded after that they are raised to a vertical position. Compressed air from local supply is used for cleaning the tubes. Cap tightening device is located next to tube cleaning station. Plastic and laminate tubes may be sealed using the Norden’s patented hot air sealing system. Aluminium tubes may be closed with number 1-2-3 saddlefold or 4 folding with plain or crimped finish.
The last formats processed are the following:
Laminated aluminum: - 75 ml, 197 overall length of which 173 mm is the body and 24 mm the cap; - 100 ml, 186 overall length of which 163 mm is the body and 23 mm the cap.
Laminated plastic: - 16 g, 102 overall length of which 81 mm is the body and 21 mm the cap; - 75 ml, 141 overall length of which 118 mm is the body and 23 mm the cap; - 100 ml, 170 overall length of which 147 mm is the body and 23 mm the cap.
