Description

Nordenmatic hot air 18 station intermittent tube filling and closing machine suitable for plastic and laminate tubes.

Tube filling speeds of up to 60 units per minute depending on product, tube material and tube size.

Fill range of 1ml to 300ml depending on piston diameter and size.

Tube size range: 10mm to 50mm diameter, 50mm to 250mm height (with correct tooling/cup holders).

Suitable for cylindrical or oval tubes (depending on tooling installed on the machine).

Features: automatic cassette tube infeed system; tube registration system; bottom up fill; orientation sensor; emboss coder; emergency stop; jog button; tube discharge station; frequency converter motor drive for variable speed; full interlocked guarding; no tube no fill sensor; PLC operated; Stainless Steel 30 litre hopper with product level control; all Stainless Steel panelling and fully guarded. Complete with manuals in English. This machine will be supplied with one set of change parts.
