Description

Kalix fully automatic 12 pocket tube filler for plastic and laminate tubes equipped with a hot air Leister system (type 3300).

Output up to 80 tubes per minute depending on tube size and product type/viscosity.

Tube range: minimum 5mm to maximum 50mm diameter.

All stainless steel construction with polished finish and 316 stainless steel product contact parts.

Kalix auto-cassette bulk tube feeding system integrated into the machine with separate controls: on/off, emergency stop, auto/manual).

Machine features: volumetric piston with stainless steel rotary valve filling system; emboss imprint coder on the seal; tube orientation system; tube presence (no tube/no fill); inch button; Lauer PCS 095 Topline Mini HMI with Siemens S5 control unit; 5 litre 316 stainless steel transfer product hopper (machine was fed from IBC container via vacuum pump [not included]); emergency stop button; tube discharge chute; fully guarded with hinged doors and safety interlocks.

Machine comes with one set of cup holders (additional change parts available at extra cost). Manuals in English and French and electrical wiring diagram.

Power supply 380 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase.
