    AMS Filling Systems Single Head Auger Filler for powders, Model A-110. Semi-Automatic auger filler, Equipped with a 22in diameter (16-gallon) agitated product hopper with dust cover, AC inverter for adjustable auger speeds for bulk and dribble filling.

    Includes Allen Bradley controller with touchscreen interface. Heavy-duty head assembly with dustproof cover and 7in diameter infeed duct.

    Serial number A-110165, New in 2011. Previously used in alternative sugar application.

    Motor rated for 220 Volt, 3/60 Hz, controller voltage rated for 110 Volt.

    Manufacturer details: A-110 auger filling series delivers high levels of accuracy and comes in any configuration for filling containers, bags, boxes, and drums. Utilizing digital scales and load cell components, complete fill-by-weight systems capable of accuracies between +/- 0.1% to 0.25%. 1-50-pound bags for the food and chemicals industry at rates of 3-10 bags per minute; 1 ounce to 32-ounce jars for the cosmetic industry.
