Universal Pack’s sachet machine is a vertical continuous-motion machine operating with rotary sealing rollers, to produce rectangular 4-side-seal or shaped sachets containing powder products.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine can dose a large variety of products with extreme accuracy. Our continuous motion vertical packers are able to handle free-flowing powders, combining high speed with long-term dose accuracy. Our system guarantees the maximization of the output through a volumetric doser. Sachet machines for powders guarantee a compact solution that combines maximum productivity with a small footprint and includes high dose accuracy, lower product waste, ease of maintenance and cleaning. The machine is single lane, equipped with heating and thermostat, product agitator and vibrator.
