Powder filling line for sachets. The line consists of a sachet forming and filling machine and a cartoning machine. The high production sachet filling machine particularly designed for fully automated packaging lines for multiple forming and filling. Fast processes, secure interfaces, guaranteed system efficiency, high sachet quality and weight accuracy.

MAIN FEATURES:
Powder filling machine RC 600
The RC 600 sachet forming-filling machine is a high production alternate motion machine. The unit performs multiple (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 sachets depending on the format) forming and filling from a single roll of coupled material. After molding, filling and cutting the bags are picked up by mechanical clamps that discharge them towards the counting unit and once counted the sachets proceed to the cartoner machine. The dosage of the powder product is based on a volumetric gravity dosing system with oscillating bowl. The adjustment of the quantity of product to be filled takes place by means of special knobs and is based on the weight to dose.
Last worked sachet sizes, 2 sachets of dimensions: mm 60 x 80, mm 60 x 60, mm 60 x 90, mm 60 x 100, 60 x 110.

Sachet counter VA 60
VA 60 is a unit for counting and loading sachets with alternating movements. This group also provides for the stacking of the sachets in the required number and for placing them on the chain conveyor of the cartoner.

Cartoner BA 50
Alternating motion machine. The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. When the carton is filled, it is closed by mechanical levers and, if in the tests carried out along its path that carton was found to be correct, the completed cartons are finally closed. The main movements of the machine are protected by casings. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by wide accessibility to all its parts.
