• Product contact parts are constructed of heavy-duty flat polished 304 stainless steel, unless otherwise noted in this quote. For ease of sanitation, product contact parts are easily removable without tools. Similar parts are interchangeable to protect against re-assembly errors.

• One (1) inlet chute with Bancollan skirt, for single product feed, accurately directs product from upstream equipment to the weigher dispersion table.

• Single dispersion table vibrates to evenly distribute product to the radial feeders. Product feed to the weigher is controlled by load cell located under the dispersion table.

• Set of fourteen (14) radial feeder pans vibrate to move product to each of the pool hoppers. High strength radial feeder drives with carbon fiber flexures provide superior product movement capability.

• Advanced Auto-Feed (AFD) feature provides automatic adjustment of the vibration of the dispersion table and radial feeders (individually, or as a section), depending on the product and upstream equipment conditions.

• Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) feature allows for easy retuning of radial feeder amplitude by adjusting the frequency on the control panel and also provides instant cut-off to precisely control product feed into the pool hoppers.

• Set of fourteen (14) pool hoppers and fourteen (14) weigh hoppers are included for this weigher model. Each weigh hopper drive unit incorporates a highly specialized strain gauge load cell, developed and manufactured by Ishida.

• High torque, electronically controlled stepper motors actuate hopper doors with programmable movement patterns. Three (3) basic hopper open/close patterns are available. Hoppers can be locked open for easy cleaning.

• Hoppers have generously radiused corners and springless design for ease of sanitation.

• Single outlet discharge chute arrangement with generously radiused corners for ease of sanitation.

• Discharge chutes and other components are supported by the weigher base (main body). The weigher can be easily lifted into position using hooks that are secured to the top surface of the main body.

• Advanced digital filtering system automatically adjusts the filter time (weighing time) to provide for the highest possible weighing accuracy at the set speed.

• Anti-Floor Vibration (AFV) feature automatically compensates for interference from external vibration to deliver excellent performance in less-than-ideal conditions.

• Operator interface is via 12.1-inch full color LCD touch screen display with 3D graphics.

• Up to two hundred (200) product programs (presets) can be stored. Camera is included to take product photos to ensure operator selects correct preset.

• Data printer is included.

• Display language is English. Additional languages can be provided upon request.

• Three (3) meter cable for connection to weigher base. Longer cable lengths can be quoted upon request.
