Open just one hinged door and you have full access to the scales main controls. Angled surfaces prevent water from lingering or bacteria from breeding. The most hygienic multihead on the market, of course, includes hygienic waterproof cabinets. Even the inner extra edge behind the door is angled to easily drain water. A small detail like a lockable door protected by an angled roof makes a big difference in the daily sanitation process. The steep angles also ensure a faster and safer drying process.

Or alternatively, a rotating cone with individual angles and product-dependent shapes ensures the most precise and smooth feeding of the product into each of the vibrating nozzles. Optical sensors should not be used for this purpose. Strong load cells allow the operator to accurately set the required maximum and minimum product levels and store the settings for each product reference.
