    KOMLINE SANDERSON KOMPRESS MODEL G-GRSL-1 SERIES III BELT FILTER PRESS SYSTEM

    This Komline Sanderson Belt Press equipment is located in NC. For now we are quoting the equipment as is, still installed at the facility. It would be the responsibility of the buyer to carefully remove and load the equipment and leave the facility in a clean and dry manner. This equipment was installed in NC in 2007 and never actually run in production mode for any extended period of time. It has run less than 15 days total in a startup-demonstration mode only. We have many photos, pdf files, drawings, and manuals available for further evaluation if needed. A brief summary of the belt press system is as follows:

    B.) Hydraulic Power Unit – (filter press mounted): Nachi variable volume, pressure compensated pump set at 2.5 gpm, 900 psi. Motor is Baldor 1.5 HP, 1800 rpm, TENV 1.15 service factor, 3/60/230/460 washdown duty. Reservoir is 316 stainless steel, 5 gallon capacity, factory mounted on press. All system interconnecting tubing and fittings are factory furnished and installed using 3/8” O.D. 316 stainless steel tubing.
    D.) Washwater Booster Pump: G & L Goulds Model SSH Frame Mounted. Size is 1 x 2-6. Impeller and case is 316 L Stainless steel. Pump is rated at 66 gpm at 127 feet of head + 30 psi water source = 85 psi final pump pressure. Mechanical type of seal. Motor is 5 HP, 3500 rpm, TEFC, 3/60/460 volt. Coupling guard and base are carbon steel, epoxy painted.
    E.) Control Panel: NEMA 4 X stainless steel. 36” wide x 42” tall x 12” deep. Drawing Number S3922-90001D. Panel shows control power; cycle; wash cycle; hydraulic pump; washwater pump; gravity belt drive; pressure belt drive; was pump 1 and 2; polymer system; alarm; emergency stop; speed indicator 0-50 fpm; speed indicator 0-20 fpm; flow indicator 0-250 gpm; speed indicator 0-100%; effluent pump. Also contains Moxa EtherDevice Switch EDS-205 Industrial five port unmanaged ethernet switch. All switches and pilot lites are of a Square D corrosion resistant design.
    F.) Filter Sludge Feed Pump: NETZSCH NEMO PUMP MODEL NM 090*1L. Pump operating point is 220 gpm at 165 rpm at 30psi. Pump has the capability of running from 90-220 gpm at 25-50 psig at 70-165 rpm. Installed motor hp is 20 hp at 1800 rpm 3/60/230/460 with 1.15 sf and frame of 256TC. Motor is Marathon TEFC and is Inverter Duty, Catalog No E485, Model #256TTFNA6529. Complete specs, drawings, and IOM are on file. Unit has a 150” overall long base x 18” wide x 13.8” to vertical centerline.
    G.) Filter Discharge Cake Hopper: Sludge Hopper is a nominal 5 cubic yard stainless steel Twin wet cake bin with live bottom hopper. Hopper is 6’-3” tall x 4’-5” wide x 10’ long. Complete with two 12” diameter paddle mixer - lump breakers. Hopper, paddle mixers and all contact parts are 304 stainless steel. Drive is a Dodge Shaft Mount MT drive, 5 hp, Class II, 15 rpm. Drawing and manual on file.
    H.) Filtered Sludge Transfer pump that feeds the Dryer is a Seepex Progressive Cavity Pump Type BTE 17-24/B2-B3-L8-F0-A-X. Pump is rated for 8 USGPM at 68 rpm at 200 psig and uses a 10 HP SEW gearmotor Model RF87-DV132M4 TH vfd motor 3 phase, 230/460 TEFC.
    I.) Drawings and Manuals: Equipment comes complete with two sets of manuals and all drawings of components, flowsheets, equipment layout.
    Dismantling and loading will be additional cost. We encourage the buyer to hire their own contractor for match marking, dismantling, and loading of the equipment to facilitate ease of installing at the new location.
