    Description

    Used Rosenmund model RND4 316L stainless steel Nutsche filter dryer.

    Nutsche filter plate 2,400mm diameter with approximately 4 square meter filtration area.

    Vessel approximately 2400mm diameter X 1430mm straight side.

    Unit has bolted flanged top head with welded flat bottom head.

    Approximately 6400 litre internal capacity rated 3.2 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 170°C.

    Unit includes stainless steel external coil jacket capacity 60 litre, rated 7 bar/full vacuum at 170°C.

    Unit includes stainless steel paddle agitator driven by top mounted drive. Hydraulic raise and lower but no hydraulic pack available. Unit has center bottom discharge with internal auger.
