Smart Mass Flow Meters are primarily used to provide accurate measurements of gas flows. The heart of these systems is the thermal mass flow sensor, which produces an electrical output signal as a function of flow rate. In addition, models 5850S, 5851S and 5853S Brooks Smart Mass Flow Controllers control gas flows. Brooks 5860S/BC Smart Mass Flow Meter 0-30 in Min Air. The Brooks Smart Mass Flow Meter is a stand-alone instrument with microprocessor-based electronics on board. The MF-series Smart Mass Flow Controller has an integrally-mounted control-valve module with which stable gas flows can be achieved.
