Flash pasteurization, also called "high-temperature short-time" processing, is a method of heat pasteurization of perishable beverages like fruit and vegetable juices, beer, wine, and some dairy products such as milk. Skid Foot Print 8' x 14' x 8' tallUnit was pulled from service due to a production shut down components in Like New Condition Mfg by Beeco Engineering in 2015Attached are 2 drawings, a 3d drawing and process flow diagram (PFD). We designed this skid originally to handle a water like product. It was designed to run water like product at around 10-12 GPM, but it was pushed to 15 GPM successfully when we tested it during startup. Any higher the process would become unstable.You can see in the PFD attached all of the configurations of the flow panels for hot fill, cold fill & CIP mode (with or without tank). I believe I etched the same depictions on the flow panels, it’d be interesting to know if the etchings still remain and have held up.On the drawing you can see we included an area that shows the temperatures & flow rates it can do for water like product. Shows the required duties as well from utilities. Who knows what has happened to this since then, there were a lot of changes and I tried to document as many as I was aware of. I do know they changed one of the valves to a balance tank that probably isn’t on here. I want to say it was perhaps AV-1-4-008.Keep in mind this unit is in Excellent Condition , Manufactured in August of 2015 .
