    Description

    This system is a full jacketed pasteurizer process tank capable of mixing powders and liquids together and then pumping the finished product to your filling or freezing equipment. We used it to put together our ice cream mix all in one process. It has full side scrape agitation.

    The tank has (6) 7,000 watt heaters that are in direct contact with the jacketed liquid. This allows you to raise the temperature to as high as 220 degrees F. It will also record those temps with an onboard recorder.

    It comes with three pumps attached to the entire platform. It has a centrifugal pump that circulates the food grade ethylene glycol. The second pump is a sheer pump that allows you to blend liquids and powders together and circulate in and out of the tank.

    The third pump is a self priming centrifugal pump that will push your product to whatever filler or freezer you have. All connections are triclamp 1-1/2” or 2”

    Pictures above show all pump specs and the cabinet controls. All pumps are controlled with frequency drives. It is basically an all in one process tank
    We also had it connected to a Sterling 10 ton chiller that cooled down the product after pasteurization and got it down to 38 degrees prior to pumping the finished product over to our inline continuous ice cream freezer. The chiller and continuous freezer are listed separately.
