MIXER HAS APPROXIMATELY 18 CUFT CAPACITY, 135 GALLONS AND MEASURES 2' WIDE BY 5' LONG AND 3' DEEP. THE ROTATING COIL/ AGITATOR FEATURES 1-1/2" DIA STAINLESS TUBING WITH ROTATING STEAM JOINTS ON EACH END. MIXER HAS HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR DRIVE AND STAINLESS STEEL LEGS AND FRAME. UNIT MANUFACTURED IN 1992, LAST USED IN JAMS AND JELLY MANUFACTURING AND APPEARS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
