Description

Cavecchi Grattugia 5.5 HP Industrial High Volume Cheese Grater. Stainless Steel construction body. Used in a small co packing facility until the facility closed down. Minor non stainless parts do have oxidation/rust due to it being used in a refrigerated cheese warehouse. Just the lid safety switch is currently stuck in the down/on position, cheap fix/replacement. Pneumatic and motor runs when lid is open due it being stuck instead of turning off when opened.
Pneumatic feed pusher running 60 psi. Motor running under 3PH, 230V.
Machine overall measures 73" long. 43" tall to the top of the grater lid. 23.5" wide of frame.
