The product is placed on a supply line moving at speeds of up to 300 mm/s. Passing through the laser scanner the product passes the measurement section. The resulting information is processed and matched to your requirements in order to obtain a portion (product) of the desired weight and length. In the cut section the knives move very quickly - the process of cutting the product into portions is carried out at high speed. At the exit, the product continues to move on the conveyor belt, which can be associated with other types of processing equipment, such as weighing system, graders, packaging machine, individual freezing, etc. Max. margin of error: up to 4% Average margin of error: 2%:
