    Hydro cutter for all sorts of vegetables, mainly used in the french fry industry.
    Completely refurbished,all stainless steel, the 6” cornell pump was overhauled with a stainless steel impeller.
    Driven by a 30hp hydraulic pack.
    575/ 460/230 V
    Brand new control panel.
    Comes with the following cutting tools:
    3/8” / 7/16” / 1/2” / wedges / slices / cutting heads
    And two cutting heads for bell peppers.

    Pumps product in water through stainless steel cutting blades
    Integrated, compact, skid-mounted system.

    Stainless steel hydro tubes fit products up to 4” (101.6 mm) in diameter.

    Flexible throughput – 1,000 to 50,000 pounds (453-22,679 kg) per hour.

    Designed for quick and thorough sanitation and changeouts
