Description

Used Dicer, needs parts. Designed to Dice, strip cuts, slices from a variety of products suchas,
Carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, and many other). A wide range of cutting size parts are
available. The machine accepts product up to 226 mm (8.8") in diameter. Slice range from 1/16" to 3/4"; Circular spindle range is 1/8" to 3"; Crosscut range is 1/8" to 1 1/2".

The machine is fed from a hopper on the side where the product enters the centrifugal impeller. The impeller has flights that carry the product to the slicing knife, this is a stationary knife. The machine has a gate adjustment to set the thickness of the first cut. The product then travels to the Circular assembly then to the Crosscut for the final of the 3 dimensional cut. The crosscuts are setup by a fixed number of blades for each different assembly and require a change based on the size cut you want. The circular assembly has spacers and also requires different amount of specifically sized spacers also with a specific sheer plate and knife holder. The machine CAN be completely reconditioned and priced upon request.

Capacity is 800 KG per 1 millimeter of slice thickness per hour. So at a 1/2 cube capacity would be around 21,000 pounds per hour.
