Features.
The machine is capable of simultaneously slicing four products and rotates the knife head at 600 rpm, producing 2,400 slices per minute. The 402 slicer can be loaded with product up to a maximum length of 1,000mm. The standard product neck is 250 mm wide and 135 mm deep (a larger 250 x 150 mm configuration is also available).

Whether our customers are embarking on large-scale slicing of sausage and cheese products for the first time or need a machine to ensure a continuous industrial process, this well-equipped machine meets their requirements.

High flexibility. The software and hardware of the machine are designed in such a way that the slicer can be quickly adapted to new requirements or products. In this way, our customers can respond flexibly to market changes.

The 402 is designed to increase productivity. It is ideal for optimizing the slicing process.

Scales
The scales are accurate to one gram. If a portion is weighed incorrectly, this information is transmitted to the slicer's computer control unit and to the labeling conveyor.

Attractive slicing. In addition to quality and freshness, the visual appeal of cold sausages and cheeses is crucial for successful sales. The 402 slicer offers a range of attractive design options. The number of slices per serving and serving length as well as other parameters are set via the control panel. The portioning unit or the transport conveyor mechanically shapes the portion into the desired form.

MULTIVAC R240 - thermoforming, filling and sealing line.

The high-performance MULTIVAC thermoforming packaging machine is suitable for both rigid and soft films.

-Has two packaging sizes: 210x110mm and 210x175mm (photo attached)

Vacuum pump is included.

The line comes with a spare set of knives, a machine for sharpening them Weber KSG and spare parts (for complete set please specify).

This slicing line worked for a short time in a large grocery store. It is fully debugged and fully serviced.
