Urschel, Model G, stainless steel dicer / slicer / cutter with inclined feeder used for a variety of food products with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Utilizes slice, crosscut, and circular knifes with ranges: 1/8" to 5/8" Slice Thickness, 9/32" to 3" Crosscut, 1/8" to 3" Circular. Continuous motion for uninterupted production and accept products up to 5½"in any dimension. Product is fed thru hopper into a rotating impellor into the blades. Equipped with stainless steel feed hopper, discharge chute, with lift off safety guarding start / stop buttons controls and is mounted on stainless steel base frame. Change parts required for size changes. Also has stainless steel, Inclined cleated feeder and hopper with 89" long x 24" wide neophreme product belt with 2-1/2" high lugs set on 12" centers with 59" discharge height.
