    Hobart cutter mixer, model VCM 40, serial #V5529.

    Features all stainless steel and aluminum contact surfaces, NSF tagged, two-speed bottom cutting blade with no tools removal system, 7.5/10 horsepower motor, 1750/3600 RPM, 23/25 amps/230 volt/3 phase, manually operated aluminum mixing baffle through top hinged dome cover, dual speed motor control with mechanical design preventing open cover operation, rotating open close chamber viewport, tilting mixer with mechanical locking lever, two casters and two fixed feet, vertically mounted motor in shroud. Formerly used in cheese manufacturing.
